Our products are so far beyond simple faxing, it’s almost a shame to call them fax lines. With this type of line, you can use your fax machine as you always have with extended functions to monitor and report on document transfers, provide image downloads of your faxes, and be protected by fire-safe off-site storage of your fax images. Inbound faxes are received through email, your fax machine, both email and fax, and even multiple fax machines simultaneously. Outbound faxes can be sent through email or your fax machine. With our service, fax machines and email can work hand in hand or you can use only the method most convenient for you.

In-Network Calling Is Always Unlimited

Some plans specify minute limits which only refer to calls outside the private network passed to or from an Interconnected VoIP Provider. Calls made to other parties on the private network are not metered and do not count towards any plan limitations. If you will not be using our services to communicate with traditional phone customers, “0 minute” options are available for all plan types.

Standard Fax Features

Phone Number

A single phone number is provided at no cost. You may keep your current number but the cost to keep your number is $10.00.

Caller ID

Caller Identification (or Caller ID) lets you know who is calling before you answer the call. Caller ID displays the phone number of an incoming call on your device screen. Calls to another phone number will display the caller’s phone number on the recipient’s Caller ID. The caller’s name may also appear if the recipient has the calling party’s name listed in their devices address book or contact list. Limitations of other carriers may affect Caller ID

Call Forwarding

With this feature, you can forward your calls to another phone number, including your home, office or cell phone.

Anonymous Call Handling

Anonymous Call Handling rejects calls from people who intentionally block delivery of their calling party name and/or number.

Call Blocking

Select numbers from your recent calls to block unwanted callers.

Fallback Number

A fallback number forwards your calls to another phone (ie cell phone) if your phone is disconnected from the Internet due to outage or power failure.

Enhanced 911 or E911 service is a North American telephone network (NANP) feature of the 911 emergency-calling system that automatically associates a physical address with the calling party’s telephone number
